- The cardiolife TEC-8300 also features an external pacemaker, AED function with single-use pads, as well as external and internal paddles that are easy to switch. A powerful battery allows for rapid charging up to 270 joules or monitoring for 3 hours. Defibrillation data can be displayed on a PC in the hospital with the ECG viewer software of the "Polaris.One" data management system or printed out with a thermal printer.
