1-Bring water to a boil
2-Place the Cavex Boil&Bite in heat-resistant glass
3-Add enough water for the tray to be submerged
4-Let it sit for a minute
5-Carefully remove the Cavex Boil&Bite from the water
6-Shake off any excess water
7-Immediately place the Cavex Boil&Bite in the mouth
8-Adjust the shape of the tray by pressing it firmly against the teeth using the fingers. Do this for both the top and the bottom of the tray.
